Description

Based on the Mancubus cybernetic monsters from the Doom series of games, this is my version based on a mix of the classic Doom 2 design and the newer Doom 3 interpretation. 

I wasn't a big fan of the newer head design so took some inspiration from a few other sources, one of which was the Mancubus designs by Mechanubis here: mechanubis.deviantart.com/art/… and here: mechanubis.deviantart.com/art/…

Super Sculpey firm over a wire and milliput armature. Slightly sloppy paint job using Citadel paints.

Nice design, does justice to the iconic monster. Ironically though the first thing I thought of when I saw its face was in fact the Doom3 one, just orange.
